Norman North’s Marching Timberwolves walked into a competition in Yukon and walked out with superior ratings on October 23rd. Our Timberwolves were joined by color guard and swept the other Oklahoma schools who attended.

The band performed their show titled Laws of Motion and scored 1-2-1, giving them a superior rating overall. They were then awarded with a plaque, and head drum major Tanner Barker gave a heartfelt speech before they loaded the buses and headed back home.

The Marching Timberwolves practiced for hours on Saturday in preparation for the competition and then loaded on the bus to go take state. The band was directed by Mr. Davis and Mr. Vanvickle led by drum majors: Tanner Barker, Evin Hughes, and Ben Curtis.
