As Norman North’s 2018-2019 school year comes to a close, Spring events are in full swing. These upcoming events include spring photos, senior ads, club photo day, and yearbook sales, all of which take place in April and May.

May 9th is the NEW DUE DATE for Senior Ads. Senior Ads are pages dedicated to students that have been a part of the Timberwolf family throughout high school that can highlight their character and accomplishments. They will be acknowledged in the yearbook, called Northward Bound, whenever their classmates reminisce for the years to come.

The yearbook staff will host club photo day on April 22 in the North Gym. This is an opportunity for clubs at Norman North to come and take a photo that will be in featured in the yearbook. This will allow the clubs to be formally represented in the yearbook and feature the many organizations that make up the student body at North.

On Wednesday, April 24th, the yearbook staff and Oklahoma School Pictures will host a Spring Picture day that will include any first-takes or retakes that the yearbook staff may still need for the portrait pages of Northward Bound. This date will be dedicated to taking portrait photos of Norman North students and faculty that did not attend the first picture day or retake day. This will also be for seniors to take their cap and gown photos who did not attend the first time that will go in the senior section in the yearbook.

On April 27th, yearbook costs will go from $70 per book to $75; the yearbook will stay at this price until June 14. The yearbook staff will only accept online orders after May 20th and the students will get their yearbooks in the fall during enrollment.
