Last Friday, Dr. Garrett announced that the school’s bell schedule will be changing for the rest of the year via the weekly school newsletter. From today to the end of the year school will be dismissing at 4:06 PM instead of the traditional 4:05 PM. Following is the announcement from the newsletter:

• Beginning Monday, April 4, 2022, the last bell will ring one minute later each school day.
• We will keep this in place from April 4 through May 27 to ensure we hit the total amount needed AND have consistency until the end of the school year. Yes, that is 39 instructional days instead of 30, but we are not opposed to building in a little cushion with our general luck. 🙂
• This should provide no visible or painful change to your daily schedules or to transportation or other student services after school.
