Yeat Lyfë Review
Yeat is an American rapper and producer. He gained fame in mid-2021, with his debut album Më. His fame even increased because of social media sites like TikTok. His most recent album Lyfë debuted in 2022. His first song on the album is Flawlëss, which even features Lil Uzi Vert, another popular artist. The intro to the song is a classic, which features a man talking about his money and how he wears it. The song begins and continues with Yeat repeating the words “Flawless” over and over again. Gabriel Crowe, a writer, and fellow music reviewer had this to say about the first song, “I liked it, but it really is just him repeating the same word over and over again, so honestly I rate it a 6 out of 10” personally for me, this is one of my favorite songs on the album, and I would rate it an 8 out of 10. One of his most popular songs is on this album, “Talk” which features Yeat bragging and flaunting his luxuries from his newfound fame, after his chart-topping songs. Gabriel Crowe had this to say about the 8th song in the album, “I would give this one a 7.5 out of ten. It’s hard for me to hear him, he sounds like he’s whispering in a loud room. I prefer the other song” Personally, I find this song okay. I like would it, but not as much as his other songs, for me it’s a 6 out of 10. His next song on the album is his most listened-to song on Spotify. Out thë Way, which features Yeat talking and displaying his recklessness and substance abuse. Gabriel Crowe had this final statement to say about the song, “I really liked this song. The beat was great, honestly, I would rate it a 9 out of 10. It does go into a deeper meaning, which is important.” Personally this is not one of my favorite songs, but it does hold a special meaning to me since it was one of my first Yeat songs. I would give it a solid 8 out of 10. Overall Lyfë is an enjoyable album, with some of Yeat’s best songs on it.
