On Thursday, September 2nd, in between 3rd and 4th hours, there was a pep assembly held in the athletic lot for the yearly Crosstown Clash. The band marched through the hallways followed by cheer and pom. Students left class after they passed and followed them out to the athletic lot where the assembly was held. Students were greeted by the cheerleaders and pom along with student leaders and DEN. The students who were leading the assembly practiced a few chants with the crowd to get them prepared for the big game that night.
