Another outstanding performance from the Jazz Choir this Valentine’s Day. The men’s jazz choir sang I’m Yours, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, and The Longest Time. The girl’s jazz choir sang Love on Top, Fallin’ For Ya, and L-O-V-E. It was so great to see the Val-O-Gram performances all throughout the day. It was a true pleasure to watch these performances which really brought some love to North. My personal favorite was The Longest Time and Fallin’ For You. The use of a kazoo in Fallin’ For You was a true stroke of genius.

Not only were their voices ready for the performances, but they were also dressed to impress as well. They really went the extra mile to put their best foot forward on this very special day.

All of this choir’s hard work really has paid off and was definitely shown through their cohesion and overall stunning musicality. I definitely witnessed some very happy folks and maybe a dash of fun embarrassment throughout all the grades here at North. 

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who bought a Val-O-Gram and supported North’s Choir program as well as providing an opportunity to showcase some of our finest vocalists. A day filled with smiles and laughter is a good day in my book and that is exactly what happened this February 14th, 2023.
