There will be a DECA-sponsored blood drive next Wednesday the 26th of October. It will take place in the FRAC from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Upon donating you will receive a t-shirt and those who donate during lunch will receive pizza. To donate, you must be 16 or older. 16-year-olds need to have parent permission slips signed by their parents and turned in. Sign-ups and turn-in boxes for permission slips are right outside the DECA room in the South Hall. Donating blood is a great way to help those in need. All blood will be donated to local hospitals and will go to those who need it. Donating blood generally does not hurt as much as you think, but you may experience dizziness or fatigue after donating.
