Meet the Art Club!

The Art Room in S206.

The Art Club is for sharing artwork you create and appreciating others’ works. At meetings, they commonly talk about their projects, bring snacks, and simply hang out and talk. They are currently planning a Spooktacular event for the 28th of October. They are sponsored by Mrs. Hunter in south 206. The club meets in Mrs. Hunter’s room every Thursday morning before school. They will happily accept any new members. Anna Dalrymple, a club representative, said, “We have art meetings on Thursdays, in overtime, people come and we talk about different things we’re going to be working on. Or we just talk about certain things we want to do. Sometimes we bring snacks. Honestly, it’s one of the easiest clubs you can be in, and so many people want to say you have to be great at art, but if you can draw a stickman, or if you can write your name, then you can be in our club. There’s really no rules or anything and I think that it’s honestly a pretty good environment.” Art club is a fun and accepting environment which welcomes anyone who wants to join. Norman North is excited to see what they do this year!
