On January 4, 2022, SPUD hosted a talent show to raise money for Norman North’s annual philanthropy week. Anyone at the school can sign up with an entry fee of ten dollars. The winner was announced after everyone went. There was a comedy, most talented, and crowd favorite. The judges choose the comedy and most talented. Ben Maruri raps about history, and Katrina Goodman sings a “ragdoll.” The crowd put money in a jar on the person they thought did the best and got to perform at the SPUD closing assembly. The winner was Trevor Green, who sang and played the guitar to a song called  Stop This Train by John Mayer.
