Capture The Flag was SPUD’s last evening event. It took place on January 9, 2023, at 6 pm on the football field at Norman North High School. It cost $5 to watch, and $10 to play. 2 teams at a time would face off, and then try to capture the flags from all of the players on the other team. The event had multiple rounds, which included a redemption round for the previous losers. In the end, though, The Golden Potatoes took first place! It was a fun evening with many people coming out to support SPUD. Everybody was having a blast watching the game, playing games on the sidelines, and walking the field. “It was a great end to SPUD week,” said Emma Decker.
