Clubs Are Back At North

| Jack Rogers

Clubs advertise at last year’s Club Fair.

Clubs are back in business! After a big fallout in 2020 due to Covid, clubs are finally coming back and operating again! Norman North will have a club fair on September 7th in the North gym all day! Students are encouraged to stop by at any time on Wednesday, September 7th, and look at all the options for this year!

Norman North has 40 clubs this year for students to choose from!  There is a club for every student’s interest. Clubs range from academics, anime, GSA, and politics. Clubs give students the opportunity to meet a diverse population of people that they may not have had the opportunity to meet. Clubs can also help to expand students’ thinking and interests. To find a full listing of clubs at North students are encouraged to visit: this link.

If one of the 40 offerings isn’t quite what you’re looking for, anyone can start their own club! Students will need to create a club constitution and find a teacher to sponsor. For more information about starting a club ask your advisory teacher about how to start the registration process.
